Mercor is looking for detail-oriented generalists with strong research and analytical skills to support data quality control and annotation projects with leading AI labs. You will review, evaluate, and label data outputs to help benchmark and improve cutting-edge AI models across a variety of domains.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in your academic field, or currently pursuing / recently completed a Master's or PhD
Background as a teacher, professor, or researcher; relevant fields include history, art, and psychology
Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply consistent judgment across large volumes of tasks
Excellent written communication and research skills
Ability to understand and follow detailed rubrics and evaluation guidelines
Part-time commitment of approximately 20 - 30 hours per week
Structured, well-defined tasks with clear guidelines, in a low-pressure environment
