Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, review, and provide expert feedback on clinical treatment protocols and healthcare data. Apply your knowledge in medical practice, clinical research, or healthcare administration to improve AI-driven healthcare solutions. Analyze and audit virtual hospital operations, patient documentation, and workflow scenarios. Develop and critique case studies, healthcare simulations, and medical decision-making content. Collaborate closely with a global team to deliver high-quality, accurate, and relevant healthcare insights. Document findings, insights, and recommendations with a strong focus on clarity and precision. Engage in regular communication with project leads and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MD, RN, or equivalent) in medicine, nursing, or healthcare administration. Minimum 5-10+ years of clinical practice, hospital administration, or relevant healthcare experience. Proven expertise in clinical treatment protocols, research, or hospital operational audits. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English—this is a core requirement for the project. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering error-free work. Comfortable collaborating within a diverse, remote global team environment. Ability to dedicate at least 10+ hours per week to project tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Clinical Director, Senior Registered Nurse, or Healthcare Administrator in a multidisciplinary setting. Prior involvement in healthcare simulation, digital health projects, or clinical data analysis. Located in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, or LATAM.
