Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Record high-quality audio samples in Turkish, following precise linguistic guidelines to support AI model training. Transcribe and annotate audio data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in written Turkish. Evaluate and refine audio clips for phonetic clarity, accurate pronunciation, and natural language flow. Collaborate with the customer’s team to meet project objectives and uphold high standards for language data quality. Participate in speech data collection initiatives, providing vital input for AI language development. Apply your expertise in audio and language to troubleshoot, suggest improvements, and maintain data integrity. Communicate findings, issues, and best practices clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Native or near-native fluency in Turkish with exceptional command of pronunciation and phonetics. Strong skills in audio recording, transcription, and annotation. Demonstrated attention to detail and an ear for linguistic nuances. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy. Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality results remotely. Familiarity with or willingness to learn about AI workflows and data processing requirements. Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as an audio engineer, voice actor, podcaster, musician, or related audio-focused field. Previous involvement in linguistic annotation or speech technology projects. Technical proficiency with audio recording equipment and software tools.
