Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your expertise in enterprise marketing to develop realistic AI training data centered on marketing workflows and business productivity scenarios. Produce high-quality marketing content, such as campaign plans, stakeholder communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation reflecting best practices in the field. Review and analyze fictional company contexts to write authentic user prompts and ideal AI-generated responses aligned with real-world challenges. Generate insightful follow-up recommendations and assess the quality of AI responses and suggestions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of created marketing scenarios. Apply structured thinking and analytical reasoning to guide AI training data toward optimal performance. Utilize Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint) to support content development and workflow documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in enterprise marketing operations, business writing, and content strategy within a professional environment. Strong analytical reasoning skills and ability to evaluate marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and impact. Experience in prompt engineering or writing prompts that simulate real business scenarios. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially in document creation and project management tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to create structured documentation and articulate complex marketing concepts clearly. Sound professional judgment and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in product marketing, project management, or knowledge management. Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or experience in evaluating AI-generated content. Experience supporting enterprise-level teams and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
