Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Transcribe Nepali-language video content with meticulous attention to accuracy and clarity. Clearly outline and annotate precise timestamps for dialogue and scene changes. Analyze and describe the emotional tone and intent of speakers, capturing subtleties and mood shifts. Conduct advanced grammar, syntax, and tone analysis to ensure linguistic fidelity. Define and explain the conceptual meaning of words and idiomatic expressions within context. Collaborate with the customer's team to deliver insightful linguistic feedback and suggestions for improvement. Consistently meet complex language task requirements, adhering to a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Native or near-native proficiency in both Nepali and English languages. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for linguistic detail. Proven experience in transcription, translation, or language analysis. Strong understanding of Nepali and English grammar, syntax, and cultural context. Ability to identify, articulate, and describe speaker emotion and content tone. Technological proficiency and comfort working with digital content and collaborative platforms. High level of self-motivation and commitment to delivering quality work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Linguistics, Philology, Translation Studies, or related field. Experience with linguistic annotation or corpus analysis tools. Background in educational, research, or media translation projects.
