Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese, leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Work collaboratively with the customer's team to provide high-quality input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes. Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences. Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, contributing expert insights on best practices. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information. Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices. Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and hands-on experience with marketing documentation. Fortune 500 company experience or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrable expertise creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness. Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Located in the US or with significant understanding of US-Japan business contexts. Experience working on projects involving AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
