We are partnering with a technology company focused on building advanced content understanding systems that leverage machine learning, knowledge graphs, and AI-driven automation to generate actionable insights at scale. The team is seeking a Knowledge Graph Curator to support the growth, maintenance, and quality of a large-scale knowledge graph by onboarding new entities, validating AI-generated data, managing stakeholder requests, performing data labeling activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of content understanding and automation systems.


Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Knowledge Graph concepts, including nodes, edges, properties, and entity relationships
  • Experience with taxonomy management, ontology design, data categorization, and semantic modeling
  • Excellent data entry and data curation skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with data labeling, annotation, and quality assurance workflows
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt tuning, and common AI failure modes such as hallucinations
  • Ability to review, validate, edit, and curate AI-generated outputs
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to assess business impact and urgency
  • Experience managing task backlogs, requests, or operational workflows
  • Ability to investigate data quality issues, resolve inconsistencies, and maintain data integrity
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and internal tooling
  • Experience creating training datasets, golden sets, or evaluation frameworks for machine learning systems

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with SQL, SPARQL, Cypher, or other data querying languages
  • Background working with knowledge graphs, graph databases, or semantic web technologies
  • Experience supporting machine learning or AI-powered products
  • Familiarity with content classification, entity extraction, or information retrieval systems
  • Experience working with advertising, marketplace, or recommendation systems
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, or Data Science teams
  • Understanding of model evaluation methodologies and classifier performance metrics
