This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong research instincts and a sharp eye for accuracy. No specific academic background or prior AI experience required — just a methodical mind, reliable internet connection, and a genuine commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

• Research topics online and verify AI-generated claims against credible, authoritative sources
• Cross-reference AI outputs to identify factual errors, outdated information, or unsupported statements
• Document findings clearly and flag inaccuracies using structured evaluation formats
• Cover a wide range of subjects — from science, history, and culture to technology, current events, and more
• Rate the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated content using provided rubrics
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Strong research skills with a talent for finding and evaluating trustworthy sources
• Naturally detail-oriented — you notice when something doesn't add up
• Clear, concise written communicator who can explain reasoning and document findings effectively
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
• Comfortable working across a broad variety of topics and subject areas
• No prior AI, journalism, or professional research experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in research, academia, journalism, library science, or communications
• Experience with fact-checking, data verification, or investigative analysis
• Familiarity with evaluating source credibility and research methodologies
• Broad general knowledge across multiple disciplines
