A plain-language description of what we collect and why — not a wall of boilerplate.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages get traffic, roughly where from, and nothing more granular than that. It does not load until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner; if you click "Decline", it never loads at all, and your choice is remembered in your browser so you're not asked again. IP addresses are anonymized before Analytics processes them.
Signing in (Google or a magic link sent to your email) is handled by Supabase, our authentication provider; your session is kept in your browser rather than tracked separately by us. If you sign up for job alerts, we use your email address only to send those alerts — you can stop them any time from your account page.
If you post jobs as an employer, billing is handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details — Stripe processes payment directly, under its own privacy practices.
Some links on this site are referral links — if you sign up through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on every page in the footer, and applies only to a subset of the job listings we link out to, not every "Apply now" button.
