Voice Over Artist - Irish English

About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands the way Irish people actually speak? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists with authentic Irish English accents to take part in paid studio recording sessions for a leading AI speech research project.

This is a contract role involving a small number of focused recording sessions. Your voice won't be cloned — this is about helping AI systems recognise and understand natural human speech, delivered the way real Irish speakers use it every day.

What You'll Do

• Record natural, conversational Irish English speech in a professional studio environment
• Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
• Deliver realistic, human-sounding speech that feels unscripted and natural
• Follow light direction on tone, pacing, and delivery style
• Bring energy, authenticity, and professionalism to every session

Who You Are

• A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with experience in the craft
• A native or near-native Irish English speaker — your accent is the real deal
• Currently based in Ireland (accent must match the market you're applying for)
• Comfortable recording natural conversation and dialogue, not just scripted reads
• Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction
• Fluent in English at a working level for communication and session coordination

Nice to Have

• Background in acting, performance, or theatre
• Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or prior professional studio recording
• Comfort with improvised or naturalistic dialogue delivery
