Business Teacher (Postsecondary)

About the Role

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand and communicate core business concepts — from strategy and management to operations and finance.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge makes a real impact on cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
• Apply real-world teaching experience to validate scenarios and identify edge cases
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
• Detail-oriented and comfortable providing structured, high-quality feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Industry or applied business experience beyond academia
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
