About the Role

We're looking for active retail investors and everyday traders to contribute their real-world market knowledge to a cutting-edge AI research project. If you actively trade stocks, ETFs, crypto, or derivatives and know your way around a brokerage platform, your experience is exactly what we need.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your trading instincts and investment judgment directly shape how frontier AI systems understand retail investor behavior.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate trading-related content, investor communications, and platform activity for accuracy and relevance
• Label and annotate financial data with consistency and precision to support AI model training
• Apply your real-world trading knowledge to assess how AI reasons about equities, ETFs, crypto, and broader market behavior
• Provide structured written explanations of how retail investors approach risk, conviction, and trade execution
• Help refine AI understanding of portfolio management strategies and market analysis techniques
• Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule

Who You Are

• An active retail investor or trader with hands-on experience in stocks, ETFs, crypto, or derivatives
• Familiar with major brokerage platforms such as Robinhood, Wealthsimple, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, eToro, Interactive Brokers, SoFi, or Webull
• Up-to-date on current market trends and comfortable discussing how real investors think
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to explain your reasoning clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured labeling and annotation guidelines
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with options, futures, or other derivatives
• Background in personal finance, investment research, or financial analysis
• Familiarity with technical or fundamental analysis methodologies
• Experience across multiple asset classes or international markets
