About the Role

We're looking for Italian language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Italian-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Italian — making a real impact on one of the world's most beloved languages.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Italian translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, grammatical issues, or cultural mismatches
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Italian
• Provide structured feedback on linguistic quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian
• Strong written communication skills in both Italian and English
• Solid understanding of contemporary Italian usage and cultural nuance
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
• Attention to detail and consistency
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in translation, localization, or editing
• Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
