AI Training Specialist

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from any background. No prior AI or technical experience required — just a sharp eye, strong focus, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Complete structured tasks — including labeling, classifying, and rating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model accuracy
• Evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats using clear rubrics and guidelines
• Provide consistent, high-quality feedback that helps AI systems learn from real human judgment
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule and workload
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across a variety of task types and subject areas

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented and precise — you follow instructions carefully and spot inconsistencies others miss
• Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own time and deliver consistent quality without supervision
• Comfortable working with web-based platforms and digital tools
• A clear communicator in written English
• Curious and adaptable — you're comfortable working across diverse content types and topics
• No prior AI, technical, or industry-specific experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, data entry, or research
• Familiarity with AI tools or language models as an end user
• Background in writing, editing, or critical analysis
