Professional Voice Actor - German

About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for experienced German-language voice actors to record professional audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping next-generation AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding voice, professional recording setup, and a native-level command of German.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality German-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong command of pronunciation and natural speech patterns
• Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
• Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Naturally detail-oriented when evaluating tone, clarity, pacing, and pronunciation
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with audio editing software or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
• Familiarity with AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
• Knowledge of regional German speech patterns or dialects
• Background in broadcast, theatre, or professional media production
