Finance Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced finance professionals who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real finance work as it's done in Germany.

Requirements - 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit - Native or fluent in German - Degree from a top-20 university in Germany - Strong knowledge of German financial practice (HGB / IFRS, BaFin regulation, German tax rules)

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
