Key Responsibilities:

Annotate and label data in Spanish with exceptional precision and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify project requirements and provide linguistic insights. Review, edit, and validate annotated datasets to maintain quality standards. Contribute to process improvements by identifying linguistic nuances and potential challenges in Spanish data. Maintain up-to-date documentation of annotation guidelines and best practices. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal forms. Participate in remote meetings to share expertise and support language-related discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic usage. Proven experience in data annotation or linguistic quality assurance. Bilingual proficiency, with professional-level English communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for data annotation and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience supporting AI, NLP, or data-driven language projects. Background in linguistics, translation, or a related field. Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
