micro1 is engaging Event Planners to participate in a project focused on enhancing the interactions between event planning professionals and clients. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. You will engage in simulated two-way virtual conversations, replicating common workflows and scenarios seen in the event planning industry. Scope of Work

Engage in simulated client-event planner dialogues, providing authentic, scenario-based conversations. Document and articulate standard event planning workflows, challenges, and solutions. Analyze client needs, propose event solutions, and outline step-by-step planning procedures. Identify and describe common hurdles and creative problem-solving approaches in event coordination. Deliver structured feedback on event planning conversations to improve AI system responses. Contribute written materials exemplifying clear, professional communication for virtual interaction. Collaborate remotely with the micro1 project team to refine project deliverables as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in event planning, coordination, and client communication. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex event scenarios. Exceptional organization and time management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey details clearly in virtual formats. Experience with remote collaboration tools and virtual meetings. Background in training, coaching, or contributing to professional development content is a plus. Commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable insights in a timely manner.
