micro1 is engaging Professional Gamers to participate in an innovative project for a customer, providing gaming expertise and insights. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement is an exciting chance for experienced gamers to influence the future of AI technologies by playing curated PC game titles and capturing valuable data.
Scope of Work
Play selected PC games while recording per-frame synchronized gameplay video and capturing keyboard/mouse telemetry Collect and submit detailed engine-level signals and in-game event data as specified by project guidelines Perform high-quality annotation of gameplay scenarios and events, ensuring accuracy and context Conduct hands-on quality assurance to identify and document gameplay issues, bugs, or data anomalies Maintain consistent participation with daily gaming sessions of at least 2-3 hours and timely data submission Communicate effectively with project managers and technical stakeholders, submitting feedback and progress updates in both written and verbal formats Adhere to all project protocols regarding data security, privacy, and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in PC gaming, with a strong track record in competitive or professional gaming environments Experience with gameplay recording tools, telemetry capture, or similar technical setups Background in quality assurance testing or detailed annotation within gaming or related fields Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and proactive updates Familiarity with game mechanics, strategy, and meta across multiple PC titles Ability to provide actionable feedback on user experience, bugs, and gameplay flow Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote engagement
