You’ll review marketing and social media creative work and judge it: what is working, what isn’t, and why. This is a good fit if you work as a brand creative, creative strategist, art director, social media creative or content lead and make decisions about what gets published.

Scope of WorkLook at creative pieces (posts, ads, videos, campaign ideas) and judge which one is stronger for a given goal and audience. Check that a piece fits the brief and the brand’s voice and rules. Judge if a piece fits the platform where it will run. Flag claims, disclosures, rights or policy problems. Write a short explanation for each decision so a reviewer can follow your reasoning.

What we’re looking forProfessional work as a brand creative, creative strategist, art director, copywriter, social media creative, content lead or creative producer. Experience with real campaigns: briefs, approvals, publishing and results. Familiarity with how at least two major platforms work (for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or paid social). Comfort explaining why one piece works and another doesn’t. Clear written English
