micro1 is engaging Personal Trainers to contribute their expertise to a customer's project focused on enhancing the capabilities of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work

Design and review comprehensive fitness and wellness programs tailored to diverse needs and goals. Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on fitness-related scenarios, concepts, and instructional content. Evaluate health and safety protocols within exercise routines and contribute recommendations for best practices. Develop motivational strategies and communication techniques for various client profiles. Assess exercise instruction quality and program design effectiveness, offering domain-specific insights. Document findings and recommendations with clarity to inform AI model development. Collaborate with other experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated experience as a certified Personal Trainer. Up-to-date certification from a recognized fitness authority (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM). Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail. Proven track record in program design, motivation, and safe exercise instruction. Strong commitment to reliability, consistency, and delivering high-quality input on assignments. Familiarity with a range of populations and training environments. Previous experience contributing to educational content or training materials (a plus).
