micro1 is looking for Postal Clerks to help evaluate and improve AI systems on postal service topics. You’ll use your front-counter experience to check that questions sound like real customers and that answers are correct and useful. Accuracy comes first. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work Review sample postal questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real customers ask. Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on mail classes, shipping options, postage, fees, and shipping labels. Cover package tracking, missing or damaged mail, change of address and mail forwarding, and international mailing and customs forms in your rubrics. Evaluate AI-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance. Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
