The Role

We are seeking leaders, managers and business professionals in Germany to take part in a research study exploring attitudes toward AI in the workforce and in leadership roles. This research will help shape how organisations understand and respond to the impact of AI on management, decision-making, and career development.

What you'll be doing

• Completing a short online survey sharing your views and experiences related to AI in the workplace
• Answering questions about your role, career level, and organizational context to help ensure a representative sample
• Providing honest, considered responses based on your own professional experience

What you'll bring

• Current full-time or part-time employment in Germany
• Recent experience in a management/leadership role (team lead and above), or general workforce experience at any career level
• Comfortable completing an online survey in English 
• No specialist background or qualifications required - we want a genuine cross-section of the working population
