The opportunity

We are looking for Senior Project Managers based in Germany to participate in a paid online leadership research study.

The research explores how experienced managers at large organisations approach leadership, decision-making, organisational change, career development, and the use of AI in the workplace.

What you'll be doing

• Completing a short online survey
• Sharing your experience of managing projects, stakeholders, and teams
• Answering questions about leadership and decision-making in your organisation
• Providing information about your role, seniority, and organisational context
• Sharing your views on workplace change and the increasing use of AI

Who we're looking for

You may be eligible if you:

• Currently live and work in Germany
• Work as a Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, Project Lead, or in a comparable senior management role
• Manage people directly or have substantial responsibility for leading teams, projects, or business initiatives
• Work for an organisation with 1,000 or more employees
• Are comfortable completing an online survey in English
• Meet the requirements in the study's short pre-screening questionnaire

Participants may be asked to verify their identity, location, professional background, or other eligibility information.
