Google Slides Specialist

In this hourly, remote contractor role, you will work as a Google Slides Specialist (SME) to create realistic, challenging computer-based tasks using Google Slides. You will design practical presentation tasks, document them clearly in SuperAnnotate, ensure your setup supports the task, and record yourself executing the task on your computer.

Tasks may include creating slide decks, editing layouts, applying themes, inserting images, charts, diagrams, speaker notes, transitions, branded templates, educational presentations, business decks, collaborative slide editing, or export workflows. Your work will help train advanced AI models to better understand browser-based presentation creation and collaboration workflows.

This role is with SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, delivering training data for many of the world’s largest AI companies and foundation-model labs. Your Google Slides expertise directly helps improve the world’s premier AI models by teaching them how real users complete practical presentation, design, and collaboration tasks.

Requirements: - Hands-on experience using Google Slides for presentations, educational slides, business decks, templates, visual communication, collaboration, or reporting workflows. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher to understand project instructions, document tasks clearly, and communicate with the project team. - Comfortable using a computer, browser-based tools, Google Drive, files, sharing permissions, uploads/downloads, and recording workflows. - Ability to come up with realistic and challenging Google Slides tasks that reflect actual business, education, sales, marketing, admin, training, or presentation-design use cases. - Strong understanding of Google Slides basics such as slide layouts, themes, formatting, images, shapes, charts, diagrams, speaker notes, transitions, comments, sharing, and exports. - Ability to ensure your setup supports the task, including having Google Slides access, files/assets available, templates prepared, and any required references ready before recording. - High attention to detail when preparing the task, executing the workflow, and checking that the recording is complete and understandable. - Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly, remote contractor workflow across time zones. - Additional professional skills are appreciated, including design, marketing, education, sales, administration, operations, reporting, training, or other computer-based workflows.
