MBA AI Strategy Fellowship (Internship)

Foundation models are increasingly deployed in high-stakes business contexts - finance, consulting, strategy, operations, and executive decision-making. Business judgment is systematically underrepresented in how these models learn to reason about real-world commercial problems. The Sovrano AI MBA Track exists to fix that.

MBA Fellows work on evaluation projects commissioned directly by the world's top LLM companies. The work requires you to evaluate model outputs at a level of granular detail that demands sustained focus and analytical rigour. If you enjoy deep, precise analytical work, this role will suit you well.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate AI-generated outputs in business scenarios - financial analysis, market sizing, strategic recommendations, operational decisions Rank model responses for logical rigour, factual accuracy, and professional appropriateness Write ideal model responses to complex business prompts using your MBA training Identify failure modes in AI reasoning about business concepts, numerical analysis, and professional communication IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS MBA students at a Sovrano AI partner university anywhere in Europe Background in finance, consulting, operations, product, or strategy strongly preferred Excellent written English; ability to produce precise, professional written evaluations Comfort operating independently without structured team oversight WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Direct involvement in the training operations of the world's leading AI labs - a credential that will be increasingly rare and valuable as AI transforms every industry Unique insider perspective on AI post-training from a business lens €22–28/hr, paid weekly Sovrano AI MBA Fellow credential, recognised across our 200+ university partner network Access to Sovrano AI's growing enterprise and AI lab client network CONTRACT & PAYMENT TERMS

Internship format: 8–12 weeks, 5–15 hours per week. University credit eligibility varies. €22–28/hr paid weekly. Certificate of completion provided.
