AI Data Fellowship - Generalist

As a Fellow, your work goes directly into the development of the models used by hundreds of millions of people - GPT, Claude, Gemini, and others are all shaped by exactly this kind of human feedback.

This part-time, ongoing role is designed for Bachelor's students anywhere in Europe who want to earn while contributing to something consequential - on their own schedule, around their studies.

Fellows on this track work on live projects commissioned by the world's top LLM companies. Your evaluations are not exercises - they feed directly into the post-training of frontier models that are actively deployed at global scale.

Task quality is tracked and scored continuously. Fellows whose quality drops below threshold are cycled off projects. We want people who are proud of their output, not just clocking hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work independently on rolling AI training projects - evaluating LLM outputs for quality, accuracy, and alignment Rank model responses, write preference justifications, and flag failures Complete multimedia annotation tasks including image, video, or text-based content where applicable Contribute multilingual evaluations if you have native or near-native European language skills IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's students or recent graduates at a Sovrano AI partner university anywhere in Europe Strong written English; additional European languages valued Self-directed work style - you manage your own hours and hit your weekly task targets Reliable internet connection and a dedicated working environment WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE A direct line into the training operations of the world's leading AI labs - the companies defining what AI can do Ongoing, flexible income: €14–18/hr paid weekly Hands-on understanding of how post-training shapes AI behaviour Verified Sovrano AI Fellow credential Access to the broader Sovrano AI talent network and future opportunities CONTRACT & PAYMENT TERMS
