Sovrano AI connects university students with the AI labs building today's frontier models. As an intern, you'll show these systems how real work gets done, completing everyday professional tasks on your own computer so the AI can learn from how a capable person actually works. You'll work directly with our AI lab clients across a range of verticals. The work sits at the center of how modern AI gets built, and you'll be matched to client projects based on where your judgment is most useful, so the day-to-day stays varied and you see how your work feeds into a real development pipeline. No prior AI knowledge required. You'll learn everything on the job, backed by full access to the Sovrano AI Curriculum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Complete real professional tasks on your own computer, from building presentations to working through documents and spreadsheets, the way a capable professional would Demonstrate how you work through multi-step tasks so AI systems can learn from your process, not only the finished result Provide clear, structured feedback that shapes how models learn to carry out real work Apply client-specific standards for quality and accuracy across business and cross-lingual tasks Flag edge cases, inconsistencies, and quality issues for reviewer escalation Adapt to new project types as you're matched to different AI lab clients IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (any field) Strong reading comprehension and clear, precise judgment Comfortable following detailed guidelines and applying them consistently Able to work remotely Curious about AI and motivated to learn how frontier models are built NICE TO HAVE Fluency in any language other than English Experience in a specialized domain (law, medicine, finance, sciences, humanities, etc.) Prior experience with detailed analytical or research work Familiarity with AI tools, though not required WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE By the end of the program, you'll have contributed directly to the evaluation work behind real frontier AI systems, built a track record of consistent, high-quality judgment across client projects, and completed the Sovrano AI Curriculum to become genuinely AI-literate.
