General Professional – Slides / PPTX

We are looking for professionals from many different backgrounds who create slide decks as a normal part of their work to contribute to a specialist evaluation project.

This role is deliberately broad. You might be a project manager, a team lead, a coordinator, an analyst, a teacher or trainer, or anyone else who regularly turns information into slides: team updates, project plans, meeting summaries, proposals, training materials or status reports.

You will use your professional experience to design realistic everyday tasks, develop high-quality slide-based outputs, and create evaluation rubrics based on real-world standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create realistic everyday slide tasks based on real professional workflows Develop slide / PowerPoint-based deliverables that reflect good professional practice Submit task proposals for review and approval Develop accepted tasks on the project partner's platform Build evaluation rubrics for accepted tasks Incorporate reviewer feedback and refine submissions where needed IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience in a role where slide decks are part of everyday work Strong experience creating clear, well-structured PowerPoint presentations Experience producing team, project or training presentations Ability to translate real work into realistic and clearly scoped tasks Attention to clarity, structure and consistency Professional-level English NICE TO HAVE Experience in project or program management Experience in training, teaching or facilitation Experience in operations, administration or coordination roles Experience preparing proposals, status reports or meeting decks Experience reviewing or giving feedback on colleagues' presentations WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Tasks accurately reflect realistic everyday knowledge work Slide-based outputs are clear, well structured and fit for their audience Submissions are clear, well scoped and suitable for expert evaluation Reviewer feedback is incorporated efficiently Rubrics clearly distinguish strong from weak outputs Accepted tasks are completed successfully through the project partner's workflow CONTRACT & PAYMENT TERMS

The project follows a two-stage contribution process. Task proposals are reviewed before being accepted for development. Accepted tasks progress to rubric design.

Payment is tied to successful task acceptance and subsequent rubric review. Detailed payment terms will be shared during onboarding.
