Robotics Motion Capture

Project Marrow is one of Sovrano AI's robotics efforts, run with leading AI labs. The goal is to teach AI systems to understand movement by giving them precise, human-written descriptions of what happens in motion-capture clips.

You are the human quality layer. Each clip arrives with an AI-generated first-draft caption. You watch the clip, correct what's wrong, sharpen what's vague, and confirm what's right. The description you finalize becomes the training signal the model learns from, so accuracy and consistency are the whole job.

No prior experience is required, though it is valued. We onboard you and give you a clear house style to work from.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Watch short motion-capture clips and describe the motion in clear, plain, present-tense language Review the AI-generated draft for each clip and correct inaccuracies State what moves, in what direction, and roughly how far, and whether the subject stays in place or travels Apply the project's house style consistently across every clip Hedge anything you cannot be certain of, and flag clips that are genuinely faulty Maintain a steady pace without letting quality slip Act on reviewer feedback to keep improving IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Strong written English and an eye for precise, unfussy description Careful and detail-oriented, small differences matter here Reliable and consistent, you keep a steady pace and your quality holds Able to learn a house style quickly and apply it the same way every time Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed setup NICE TO HAVE Background in linguistics, kinesiology, animation, sports, dance, or physical therapy Prior experience with data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation work Familiarity with motion capture or 3D animation WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Your captions are accurate, consistent, and need little rework. You keep a dependable volume, your reject rate stays low, and reviewers trust your judgment. Strong, consistent evaluators move into higher-volume work and reviewer roles as the project grows. Compensation is €0.70 per approved task, with performance bonuses possible. Flexible hours. You claim clips, complete them, and submit for review; approved work is paid out on the standard cycle.
