AI Data Fellowship - Generalist (Internship)

The Sovrano AI Fellowship is our flagship talent initiative. Fellows work directly on post-training pipelines for frontier models - the same models used by hundreds of millions of people globally. This is not a coffee-and-spreadsheet internship. It is serious, cognitively demanding work, and we take it seriously.

As a Sovrano AI Fellow, you will contribute directly to the training pipelines of the world's top LLM companies - including the labs behind the most widely used AI models on the planet. This is a rare opportunity for a student to work at the frontier of AI development, not observe it from a distance.

Be honest with yourself before applying. This work requires extreme attention to detail and has zero room for careless errors. Fellows who thrive here are meticulous, patient, and genuinely curious about how AI systems reason.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate, rank, and annotate outputs generated by large language models (LLMs) across reasoning, language, and logic tasks Assess AI responses for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and factual grounding Follow detailed evaluation rubrics provided by Sovrano AI and our global lab partners Flag edge cases, hallucinations, and quality issues with clear written justification Complete tasks asynchronously within weekly output windows IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree at a Sovrano AI partner university anywhere in Europe Exceptional written English (additional European languages a strong plus) Comfort working independently in an async, remote environment High attention to detail - this is non-negotiable Any field of study welcome; curiosity about AI is required WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Direct contribution to training pipelines at the world's leading AI labs - the companies building the models that are reshaping every industry A front-row seat to how the world's most advanced AI models are built, evaluated, and improved Hands-on exposure to RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) - the methodology behind GPT, Claude, Gemini, and others A verifiable credential as a Sovrano AI Fellow, recognised across our 200+ university partner network Earnings of €12–16/hr, paid weekly CONTRACT & PAYMENT TERMS

Flexible hours, no minimum weekly commitment. Most fellows contribute 5–15 hours per week. Paid weekly via bank transfer. University credit eligibility depends on your institution.
