We're running a paid study on the day-to-day realities of care delivery in retail and community-based health settings. This research helps us understand the workflows, challenges, and operational rhythms that frontline providers navigate. Your insights will inform how we think about clinical tools and patient interactions in these specific environments.
You will complete a 30-minute asynchronous survey consisting of both multiple-choice and short voice-recorded questions. The format requires you to read through clinical or operational prompts and provide direct, verbal feedback on your experiences. You will navigate the task independently on your own device without a live moderator. We will ask you to walk through your typical patient handling processes and react to different operational scenarios.
We welcome practicing clinical professionals who currently work in retail clinics or community-focused health centers, specifically locations like MinuteClinic or Oak Street Health. You should be familiar with the daily operational cadence and patient communication workflows of these environments. We welcome nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and managing physicians operating in these settings.
