How It Works

During this remote interview, you will review a series of digital mockups and room layouts. We will ask you to critique the aesthetic choices, highlight any clashing elements, and suggest improvements. You will also share your screen to walk us through a recent project where you successfully implemented a specific design theme. The conversation will focus entirely on your professional creative process.

Who This Is For

We welcome professional interior designers, decorators, and residential architects. Ideal candidates have active experience working with private clients on full-room renovations or staging projects. We are specifically looking for individuals with a strong portfolio in modern residential aesthetics.

Responsibilities
