What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on how Medicare-eligible adults discover and evaluate their health insurance options. This research focuses on brand awareness and perception of specific healthcare plans available in the current market. The insights gathered will help us understand what factors drive patient decisions and brand recognition.

How It Works

In this remote asynchronous survey, you will review several questions about your familiarity with different health insurance providers. You will be asked to identify which plans you recognize and share your general impressions of them. The format consists of multiple-choice and short written responses that you can complete on your own schedule. The entire task is designed to be straightforward and easily completed from your personal device.

Who This Is For

We are looking for individuals who are currently eligible for Medicare and actively managing their healthcare coverage. We welcome seniors, early Medicare enrollees, and anyone currently exploring health insurance options. You should be familiar with reviewing health plan materials and comfortable sharing your honest feedback on provider brands.
