How It Works

You will conduct outbound calls to prospective experts to discuss upcoming research initiatives. During these conversations, you will outline the scope of the projects, gauge candidate interest, and answer any questions they might have. You will also track your outreach efforts and help candidates navigate the initial stages of joining our network. The work is entirely remote and requires excellent communication skills to build rapport quickly over the phone.

You should be comfortable speaking with highly specialized professionals across various technical domains. Candidates with previous experience in technical recruiting, academic outreach, or market research participant sourcing are strongly encouraged to apply.
