How It Works

You will review a structured JSON document containing eight exam questions, including multiple-choice and coding exercises. For each item, you will audit the provided options, correct answers, and grading rubrics to eliminate ambiguity. You will also verify code question prompts and suggest edge cases to strengthen the testing parameters. The entire process takes place remotely via an AI-moderated interview and async desktop review.

Who This Is For

We are looking for backend software engineers, technical leads, and Python developers with strong practical experience building microservices. You should be highly familiar with the FastAPI ecosystem, including Uvicorn, dependency injection, and asynchronous inter-service communication. We welcome Senior Backend Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, and Systems Architects who regularly write or review Python code.

Responsibilities
