About Turing:
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.

Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will work on cutting-edge initiatives to fine-tune large language models by grounding advanced travel planning, event management, and hospitality domain logic. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in complex logistics—spanning multi-city itineraries, vendor budgeting, milestone tracking, and cost-splitting mechanics—along with the ability to translate event workflows into deterministic spreadsheet logic. You will play a direct role in evaluating and refining AI-generated tools, ensuring outputs match professional travel and event-planning standards.

Requirements:

  • Core Experience: 4+ years in travel planning, event and meeting coordination, agency operations, or hospitality management.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep, hands-on familiarity with multi-city itinerary flows, vendor deposit/balance tracking, guest RSVP management, and shared-cost allocation formulas.
  • Writing & Logic Translation: Strong, concise professional writing skills with a proven ability to translate complex travel and event workflows into deterministic spreadsheet formulas and validation structures.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to establish strict financial and operational guardrails (e.g., modeling granular cost drivers over flat estimates, tracking per-person splits, building 10–15% contingency buffers).
  • Technical Infrastructure: Personal desktop/laptop equipped with a stable, high-speed internet connection in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will serve as the travel and event operations expert setting the quality benchmark for domain-specific AI applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Authoring Skills & Guardrails: Defining discovery parameters (routes, party sizes, vendor scopes, budget ceilings) and operational guardrails for AI builders and canvases.
  • Context & Workflow Co-Design: Co-designing interview workflows and validating context files, including booking confirmations, vendor quotes, and guest lists.
  • Grounding Golden Assets: Verifying multi-city itinerary logic, cost-splitting formulas, milestone payment dates, and validation dropdowns across tools like trip planners and event trackers.
  • Quality Sign-Off: Reviewing and signing off on AI-generated outputs to ensure complete alignment with professional travel agency, destination management, and event execution standards.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:

  • Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with 8 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement type: Contractor
  • Engagement Length:  upto 10 weeks

Evaluation Process -

  • Shortlisted candidates will be sent a Job Interest Form.
  • Finalized talents will go through delivery interview & proceeded further accordingly.
