Role Overview:

In this role, you will work on cutting-edge initiatives to fine-tune large language models by grounding household, lifestyle, and media management domain logic. Representing our largest domain pool, this practitioner role focuses on everyday personal and family systems—spanning rotating chore assignments, recurring schedule rollups, media watchlist curation, pet medical logging, and subscription renewal tracking—along with the ability to translate practical lifestyle rules into deterministic spreadsheet logic. You will work in a collaborative paired setup to evaluate and refine AI-generated tools, ensuring outputs match professional organization and lifestyle management standards.

Requirements:

• Core Experience: 5+ years in household or lifestyle management, professional organizing, productivity system design, or media/content curation.
• Domain Expertise: Deep, hands-on familiarity with family schedule coordination, rotating task/chore distribution, subscription auditing, vehicle and pet logging, and collection management.
• Writing & Logic Translation: Strong, concise professional writing skills with a proven ability to translate daily routines, scheduling rules, and recurring tasks into deterministic spreadsheet formulas and validation structures.
• Collaborative Quality Control: Experience conducting peer reviews, working in paired environments, and calibrating deliverables against strict quality benchmarks.
• Technical Infrastructure: Personal desktop/laptop equipped with a stable, high-speed internet connection in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will serve as the lifestyle and household systems expert setting the quality benchmark for personal productivity AI applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Authoring Skills & Guardrails: Defining discovery parameters (household size, member roles, recurring routines, subscription sets) and operational guardrails (rotating chore fairness, renewal alert cutoffs, age-appropriate task/media flags) for AI builders and canvases.
• Context & Workflow Co-Design: Co-designing interview workflows and validating context files, including family calendars, subscription lists, and watchlists.
• Grounding Golden Assets: Verifying task rotation logic, schedule rollups, subscription-cost calculations, and validation lists across flagship tools like family command centers and media trackers.
• Peer Review & Sign-Off: Reviewing counterpart deliverables prior to QC and signing off to ensure outputs align with professional organizing and lifestyle management practices.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:

• Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with 8 hours of overlap with PST.
• Engagement type: Contractor
