Role Overview:

We are looking for participants based in Japan to support a project involving Google Wallet and Plaid.

Responsibilities

• Follow the project instructions and complete assigned tasks using Google Wallet and Plaid.
• Provide accurate information about the account setup and task experience.
• Report any issues encountered during the process.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information.

Requirements

• Currently based in Japan.
• Actively uses Google Wallet.
• Has at least one payment method linked to Google Wallet, such as:
  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Bank account
• Has at least five passes saved in Google Wallet, such as loyalty cards, transit passes, event tickets, or membership cards.
• Has an existing Plaid account or is willing to securely connect a bank account through Plaid using the client-provided process.
• Willing to use these services to complete project-related tasks.

Important Privacy and Security Requirements

Participants will not be asked to share passwords, PINs, CVV numbers, or other confidential login details. All account connections and project activities must be completed through the client-approved secure process.

Offer Details

• Required commitment: At least 4 hours per day, minimum 20 hours per week, with 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time.
• Engagement type: Contractor
• Engagement length: Up to 16 weeks

Evaluation Process

• Shortlisted candidates will receive a Job Interest Form.
• Final selected candidates will be contacted with next steps, including consent and onboarding requirements.

Consent and Compliance

Candidates must be willing to grant the necessary app-integration permissions required for the project and complete all standard consent forms and non-disclosure agreements.
