Senior Software Engineer (Golang) -Agentic AI / Data Cloud

Turing is one of the world's leading AGI infrastructure companies, working with frontier AI labs to accelerate model development through high-quality training data, evaluations, and engineering talent.,We are looking for experienced Golang Software Engineers to help train and evaluate frontier AI models. In this role, you will assess AI-generated code, solve complex programming problems, improve model responses, and contribute to building high-quality datasets that enhance the coding capabilities of next-generation large language models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Golang code for correctness, efficiency, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Write, review, debug, and optimize production-quality Golang code.
• Solve complex programming and algorithmic problems.
• Review and improve AI-generated explanations, code reviews, and technical solutions.
• Work with SQL queries and cloud-hosted databases as part of realistic engineering workflows.
• Use GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code review activities.
• Create and validate prompts, test cases, and expected outputs to improve AI model performance.
• Provide detailed technical feedback to help improve coding-focused LLMs.

Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with Golang.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, interfaces, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade backend services or distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative software development.
• Experience working with SQL and any cloud databases
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience contributing to open-source projects on GitHub
• Experience building AI agents, MCP, and LLM tooling experience.

Offer details

• Commitments required: 40 hours per week with 4 hours/ day overlap with PST
• Engagement type: Contractor
• Duration of contract: 6 months
