About the Role
We're hiring General Physicians to contribute real-world clinical expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows. You will work inside simulated clinical desktop environments — "worlds" that replicate the documents, apps, and services a physician would have on their screen, populated entirely with dummy patient records. Your job is to review these worlds for clinical realism and accuracy, and to pose the kinds of questions a practicing physician would ask of them, creating structured tasks that train and evaluate AI systems on medical reasoning and record interpretation.
All patient records are synthetic. No real patient data or PHI is ever involved.
What You'll Do
- Apply general medicine expertise to real-world AI projects
- Review simulated desktop environments containing dummy patient charts, progress notes, labs, imaging reports, referrals, and discharge summaries
- Audit these worlds for clinical realism — flagging implausible timelines, medication conflicts, inconsistent vitals or labs, and documentation that wouldn't occur in practice
- Pose clinically meaningful questions grounded in the records — the questions a physician would actually need answered — to test AI reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical analyses for accuracy, safety, and rigor
- Clearly articulate clinical reasoning, differential considerations, and analytical tradeoffs
Domain Focus
- General / internal medicine and primary care
- Patient records and clinical documentation (charts, notes, labs, imaging, medication lists, referrals)
- Diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management
- Clinical reasoning, guideline-based care, and record interpretation
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of clinical practice as a general physician
- Deep familiarity with patient records
- Strong clinical reasoning and sharp attention to detail
- Clear written communication
- Comfort navigating digital tools and unfamiliar software environments
