UI/UX Expert

We are looking for experienced UI/UX Experts to support AI training and evaluation projects focused on product design, user experience, interface quality, and usability. This role is ideal for someone with strong design experience who can review digital products, identify usability issues, and provide clear written feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review websites, apps, prototypes, and digital interfaces
• Evaluate UI quality, usability, accessibility, layout, navigation, and visual design
• Identify friction points, confusing flows, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide clear written feedback and reasoning based on design best practices
• Compare interface options and rate them based on project-specific guidelines
• Help assess whether AI-generated designs meet quality and usability standards
• Follow detailed annotation and evaluation instructions consistently

Requirements

• Prior UI/UX, product design, or user experience experience is required
• Experience with wireframes, prototypes, user flows, design systems, or usability testing
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, accessibility, and interaction design
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly in writing
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable reviewing digital interfaces and providing structured feedback
• Experience with Figma, design reviews, product audits, or UX research is a plus

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing or evaluating digital products and can clearly explain what makes an interface effective, confusing, or visually polished. They should be able to assess both the visual design and the overall user experience.
