Verita AI is recruiting licensed clinicians with hands-on, in-home patient evaluation experience to share their professional perspective in a confidential research survey.

This is not a clinical job — it is a one-time paid research interview conducted by voice/multiple choice on a secure platform.

WHO QUALIFIES:

1. Active clinical license You currently hold an active license as an NP, PA, MD, or DO.  
2. Current or prior employer You currently work at, or have previously worked at, one of the following: Signify Health (CVS), Matrix Medical Network, Advantmed, Optum HouseCalls, Sprinter Health, Fusion, CenterWell / Conviva (Humana), Landmark Health (Optum), EZ Health, Kaiser Permanente, Molina Healthcare, SCAN Health Plan, or Devoted Health.  
3. Hands-on in-home activity You personally travel to patients' homes to conduct in-home health evaluations (IHEs) or assessments. Clinic-based, facility-based, administrative, or non-clinical roles do NOT qualify, even at a qualifying organization.  
4. Recency of activity You currently conduct IHEs, conducted them within the last 6 months, or conducted them 7–12 months ago.

DISQUALIFYING FACTORS
- No active NP, PA, MD, or DO license
- Never worked at any of the listed organizations
- Role is/was clinic-based, facility-based, administrative, or non-clinical only
- Last in-home evaluation was more than 12 months ago
- Never personally performed home visits

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Complete one ~20–30 minute survey combining multiple-choice questions and recorded voice answers

Requirements

Active NP/PA/MD/DO license, current or former employee of Signify Health/Matrix Medical Network/Advantmed/Optum HouseCalls/Sprinter Health/Fusion/CenterWell (Conviva)/Landmark Health/EZ Health/Kaiser Permanente/Molina/SCAN/Devoted Health, personally conducts in-home evaluations, active or last IHE within 12 months
