About the Role

We're hiring Federal Budget Lawyers and Policy Experts to contribute real-world budget and policy expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows. You will help translate federal budget processes and policy analysis into structured tasks that train and evaluate AI systems across fiscal policy and government decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Apply federal budget and policy expertise to real-world AI projects

• Evaluate AI-generated budget and policy analyses for accuracy and usefulness

• Build and review budget analyses, appropriations breakdowns, and policy scenarios

• Translate federal budget workflows into structured AI training tasks

• Clearly articulate assumptions, tradeoffs, and policy reasoning

• Federal budget process and appropriations

• Government affairs and compliance

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in federal budget law, policy analysis, or government affairs

• Direct experience with the federal budget process or appropriations

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Clear written communication

• J.D. or advanced policy degree preferred
