Our matching engine routes experts to the projects best suited to their skills, and our talent management tooling measures, ranks, and rewards performance at scale. What We're Looking For
10+ years building production software; exceptional evidence of systems-level impact matters more than a precise year count
Architecture with receipts: you have designed and evolved a live platform, led difficult migrations, and can explain the operational results
Deep systems judgment: strong Python with Django or FastAPI, PostgreSQL, background jobs, queues, distributed workflows, and third-party integrations
Full-stack range: comfort with React and TypeScript, browser authentication, API contracts, and multi-surface product architecture
Cloud and security depth: production AWS, Terraform, IAM, storage, secrets, observability, incident response, and safe deployment practices
Workflow and data rigor: state machines, financial and time data, audit trails, idempotency, privacy, and backwards-compatible change
Nice to have
Experience architecting marketplace, annotation, or expert-network platforms
Prior work with SSO and OIDC, multi-tenant authorization, or PII and protected-media controls
Skills & Capabilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision-making
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and structuring problems from scratch
Hands-on leadership: you make clear decisions, reduce complexity, review deeply, coach well, and communicate directly with founders, product, and operations
