Corporate Lawyer

Verita partners with leading AI labs to improve how AI systems reason about real world professional work. We're looking for corporate attorneys to apply their transactional expertise to legal tasks that help train and evaluate these systems.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze corporate and transactional legal documents, such as merger agreements, LLC and partnership agreements, and credit agreements
• Answer legal reasoning questions and evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy and quality
• Write clear, concise justifications for your assessments

What we're looking for

• U.S. licensed attorney with corporate or transactional law experience
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
• Comfortable working independently on remote, task based projects

Logistics

• Fully remote with flexible hours
• Most tasks take about one hour each
• Paid hourly

JD, Active U.S. bar license, Corporate or transactional law experience, US-based
