Consulting Expert, Mandarin Chinese (mainland China) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced management and strategy consultants who are native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real consulting work as it's done in mainland China.

Requirements - 5+ years in management or strategy consulting - Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese - Degree from a top-20 university in mainland China - Experience with market entry, operations and growth strategy work for companies operating in China

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
