Human Resources Expert, Mandarin Chinese (mainland China) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real human resources work as it's done in mainland China.

Requirements - 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent) - Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese - Degree from a top-20 university in mainland China - Knowledge of the PRC Labor Contract Law, the social insurance and housing fund system, and Chinese payroll practice

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
