Collaborate with project leads to refine evaluation rubrics, adjust task difficulty, and ensure comprehensive coverage across sectors and deal types. Deliver thorough documentation and feedback, supporting continuous improvement of AI training datasets.

Preferred Qualifications 2–6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking plus private equity, or direct private equity roles at mid-market, growth, or large-cap funds. Demonstrated expertise building LBO models and investment committee memos reviewed by principals or partners. Exceptional written communication, with a track record of producing clear, professional-grade documentation and memos. Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement under ambiguous conditions. Direct participation in due diligence and risk assessments in live private equity transactions.
