KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and evaluate AI-generated English-to-Zulu medical translations Annotate errors by category (fluency, accuracy, clinical appropriateness, terminology) Provide corrected translation alternatives with brief rationale Collaborate with the lead doctor and fellow reviewers to maintain consistency Complete assigned entry batches within agreed turnaround windows IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in Year 3 or above of a medical degree at an accredited institution; Native Zulu speaker with strong written English proficiency; Foundational knowledge of clinical terminology in both languages; Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to commit to a multi-week project WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Consistent, high-quality annotations aligned with the lead doctor's standards Batches completed on time with low error rates Active participation in team calibration sessions where required CONTRACT & PAYMENT TERMS
